1. Overview and Applicability
This policy covers the terms for cancellation of orders and the processing of refunds for purchases made through Fabrrinity Fashion. Our policy differs based on whether the order is for plain T-shirts & inner or anything custom-printed bulk orders.
2. Order Cancellation
Plain T-Shirts (No Customization): Orders for plain T-shirts or our clothing can be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. Refund Policy (Money Back)
Plain T-Shirts:
If a cancellation is requested before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 3 to 5 working days of the cancellation confirmation.

Custom Printed/Bulk Orders:
- Refunds will only be considered if OneSos Apparel cancels the order due to material unavailability or unforeseen issues, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded
No refund is available for Custom Printed/Bulk Orders once production has started, as the items are tailored to your specific requirements. The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in case of Client cancellation

Order Tracking
Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique Tracking ID and a direct link to track your shipment’s journey

Delivery of your order is estimated to take a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 business days from the time of purchase
Return / refund
We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery; approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
